LB BOOKS Privacy Notice

LB Books is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains when, how and why we collect personal information about people who visit our website, how we use it, when we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. The Policy is effective from Feb 11th 2019, and incorporates the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR).   • Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure it is secure on our systems

  • We keep email address and postal address for 6 months. We will then dispose of your information by deletion of electronic and paper files.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
